Shipping policy

I make, pack and post everything myself from my studio in Murrumbateman, NSW.

WHERE I SHIP
Australia only at the moment... Send me a message if you are wanting me to ship internationally and I can get you a quote.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (plus delivery time).

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is on top of dispatch time. The estimates below are how long the parcel takes AFTER it leaves me.

Standard - $11.00, 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $90.
Express - $15.00, 1 to 2 business days.
Local delivery, ACT and Yass Valley - $5.00, 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $90.
Local pick-up, Murrumbateman - free, ready in 1 to 2 business days.

So door to door, Standard is usually 4 to 8 business days and Express 2 to 5. Rural and remote areas can take longer, and Australia Post gets slower around Christmas.

Free shipping over $90 applies to the Standard and Local delivery options. Express is always $15.

PACKING
These are small and fragile, so every house is wrapped individually, even inside a village set, and packed to survive a knock.

IF IT ARRIVES BROKEN
Email support@ceramikara.com. See the Refund Policy - the remedy is a full refund, because with one of each I usually cannot replace it.
