PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars. CeramiKara is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping where it applies.

ONE OF EACH, AND WHEN YOUR ORDER IS ACCEPTED
Every piece is one of a kind and there is only ever one in stock. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when I accept your order and dispatch it, not at the moment of payment. If a piece has already sold and I cannot fulfil your order, I will refund you in full immediately.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, they override anything here that is inconsistent with them.

DELIVERY AND RISK
I ship within Australia only. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy for times and the Refund Policy for what happens if something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.

PHOTOS AND CONTENT
The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to CeramiKara. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

CHANGES
I may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
